Tira Ora Adventure Holidays is a Christian organisation that was established in 2002.

Our main objective is to educate and care for children through organised programmes in the form of camps and excursions.

Tira Ora Adventure Holidays provides ultimate outdoor camping experiences for children. 

Programmes are designed to be educational, adventurous, and challenging.

All facilities and activities are designed to promote the children’s awareness and understanding of New Zealand ’s nature.

Children will get the chance try new activities, learn new skills, and build close friendships with their peers.  Children will encounter an environment and situations they may not be familiar with, which is often found to be character building.  

We provide incredible experiences that campers will never forget.

Tira Ora Adventure Holidays operates many camps at Tira Ora Lodge, North West Bay, in the heart of the Pelorus Sound. To get there you take a 45-minute scenic boat ride from the Havelock marina. Tira Ora Lodge resides on 550 acres of private land made up of grassland, native bush, waterfalls, streams, and ocean.

Programmes run by Tira Ora Adventure Holidays are Christian based, and non-denominational.  Our goal is to empower Christian churches by organising recreational youth programmes and events, that will challenge and educate.  We welcome all questions from parents and church leaders.
