Our staff members have extensive camp training and years of
experience working with kids of all ages. These highly qualified
adults have energy to spare and their outstanding leadership
skills guarantee campers unforgettable camp adventures. With
a proven track record, each is committed to providing kids with
a safe, exciting and educational experience!
Returning and new staff alike attend intensive
training sessions which include sessions in child safety,
accident and emergency procedures, emergency and disaster
procedures, staff code of behaviour, guidelines to behavioural
management, and conflict-resolution. Staff members are screened
to determine their ability to relate with campers of all ages.
Police checks are also carried out on staff members for additional
child safety.
No
